Description :
The Little Stellars group took us on a journey to the far reaches of our solar system.
After discussing and learning about the planets in our solar system, they painted the planets and our Sun and created a model of the solar system. But they didn’t stop there; they built a planet height chart! This way, each child could see, based on their height, which planet they reach and how close they are to the Sun!
Kudos to the Little Stellars team for their creativity, as well as their fashion choices!
Hello everyone 😁 We are little…and not so little stars coming from different parts of the sky, all currently lighting up one particular part of it! We all have so many different interests but somehow one day we figured out we have a definite one in common! Yes, you guessed it: the sun and planets! 🪐When our teachers told us about the Science Festival we got super excited and we decided to do not just one, but two different constructions of our beautiful solar system! We learned so much and we played a lot! Especially with colours 🤭 Sometimes we didn’t really understand each other but we had one common language: having fun! We are so excited to show you what we have created, so feel free to have a look (or more) at our video and let us know what you think 🤩

Such a fun idea! All kids seem so happy! And how cool would it be to also do a theater play, with the amazing masks that you created!

This is a wonderful and creative project. I loved how the Little Stellars learned about the Sun and planets through painting, building, and playing. The solar system model and planet height chart made science feel fun, personal, and easy to understand. It is beautiful to see children from different backgrounds working together through one shared language: curiosity and joy. Congratulations to the Little Stellars team and their teachers on such a lovely project.
